Can I change or cancel my order?
We do our best to accommodate changes, but timing matters. Orders can only be changed or canceled before they ship. Once an order has left the warehouse, changes are no longer possible. If you need to make a change, contact support as soon as possible after placing your order. -

What if something is missing from my order?
If something appears to be missing: Double-check the box and packing materials. Some items may be packed inside the board bag or pockets. If it’s still missing, contact Glide support with your order number and a brief description. -
Glide orders ship from our warehouse in SLC, Utah. To calculate transit times visit the UPS Transit time calculator and input 84104 as the shipping Zip Code. Shipping timelines are calculated from the day the order leaves the warehouse, not the day the order is placed.
