ow do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you can track it in two ways.
1. Tracking email
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This email is sent to the address used at checkout.
2. Your Glide account
If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to your account to view your order details and tracking number at any time.
If your tracking link doesn’t show movement right away:

  • That’s normal within the first 24 hours.
  • Carriers sometimes take time to scan packages into their system.

Tracking updates come directly from the carrier once the package is in transit.
